Manufacturing Engineer                                             Yorkshire

£30,000 plus benefits

My client is the recognised world leader in the design and manufacture of their chosen products and technologies manufacturing amongst others fittings, valve and taps for the plumbing and heating industry sector

As the worlds leading designer and manufacturer of these products this well established company now have a requirement for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their production engineering team

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and integration of new production lines from new product concept through to completion as well as improvements in current production methods and processes. This will involve managing projects including capital investment projects with scheduled target dates, writing PPAP’s, continuous improvement activity, the introduction of new equipment, plus leading and participating in multi-functional teams to achieve set goals

Applications are invited from experienced Manufacturing Engineers, Pre Production Engineers or Process Engineers with knowledge and experience of high volume component production.

The successful candidate would also have worked closely with internal departments particularly in the planning, leading and taking part in production related projects including capital expenditure
